Creativity can be very subjective – except when it is results-led with the final criteria being the sales generated or the number of responses received by a call centre.

 

Whenever we approach creative work, we always think of the end result. Who are we talking to? And why? What do they want to hear? What are they after from the service or product? Why should they be interested? Only when we can answer those questions, can we start to think about the fun stuff - coming up with words, images and designs that capture the imagination, beguile and tease.

 

Unlike others, we’re results rather than awards led, which probably explains why we tend to win so much repeat business from satisfied clients. After all, they are more interested in upward sales curves than dangly gongs.
