Our client

Airwave – provide the dedicated digital network that keeps Police, Fire, Ambulance and other public safety teams in touch with each other, 24 hours a day, every day, in every situation.

The brief

When the new brand was introduced, Airwave's marketing team were finding it difficult to maintain consistency throughout all their collateral, a major undertaking as the brand was still evolving.

The extra mile

Wrights carried out a print audit, evaluating and specifying expectations across litho and digital print. Then we set about creating an on-demand, print-ordering website for quick turnaround, print, fulfilment and despatch. We drove the project forward, building a web front-end on to Wrights' existing stock control system. Smooth, password-protected ordering for Airwave staff.

The result

Not only a new brand, standardised across all forms and methods of print, but a whole new print ordering system. Online, tracked, logged, despatched… and fast.

With stock replenishment trigger levels preset, once ordered, a confirmation email goes to the customer as well as Wrights' fulfilment team. The order is picked, packed, despatched and logged for full traceability, with stock levels altered in real time. Wrights manage all the website print requirements to provide an all-inclusive solution. The works.
